Censorship is a fact of life in the UIC. Works which go on to public display are almost exclusively vetted for Infernal or External taint before they even see the light of day. Given the volume of such works this may lead to years – sometimes decades – between a piece being created and viewed. That is technically the pipeline which most works go through, but bribery and 'private viewings' to get them out there quicker are common means of bypassing the process.
