Customer service is one of the core gameplay features in the car repair shop. You'll encounter many different types of customers, including:
- Experts - they always think they know exactly what's best for their car.
- Complainers - they're never truly satisfied with the service.
- Ignorant customers - they know almost nothing about cars, so don't expect a clear or detailed service request.
- Cheapskates - they're more interested in paying as little as possible than getting the best service.
Remember, providing friendly and professional customer service matters—it can even affect the tips you receive!
