Hey everyone,
Work on Noir Tycoon continues, and we’ve been busy expanding the core systems that define how you grow, manage, and protect your criminal empire. Here’s a look at the newest features now in development:
🤝 Diplomacy & Trade
For the first time, families can interact without immediately resorting to violence.
You’ll be able to form temporary alliances, negotiate trade agreements, and profit from mutually beneficial deals.
Diplomacy also opens paths to non-combat victories—influence, wealth, and political pressure can now build empires just as effectively as brute force.
🗺️ Territory Control & Turf Expansion
Managing your turf is becoming deeper and more meaningful.
Rival families expand, defend, and negotiate based on territory borders, and your decisions determine how fast your empire grows.
Expanding into new areas increases income and power, but also attracts more attention from enemies and law enforcement.
🕴️ Crew Management & Mafia Hierarchy
Crew members now have a more defined role within the family.
A growing hierarchy system allows you to promote family members, thereby strengthening the structure of your organisation. Members can be upgraded to specialise in defence or attack, ensuring that each crew slot serves a strategic purpose.
The right hierarchy makes your family more efficient, loyal, and deadly.
❤️ Loyalty System
Every crew member now has a personal loyalty meter. Loyalty changes based on treatment, success in missions, and the style of your leadership. High loyalty boosts performance and reduces betrayal risks, while low loyalty may lead to desertion or cooperation with rivals. Your crew will finally feel alive—reactive and connected to the decisions you make.
These systems push Noir Tycoon closer to a living 1960s underworld where strategy, personality, and power struggles shape your rise to the top.
Thank you for your continued support — and don’t forget to wishlist Noir Tycoon if you haven’t already. Every wishlist helps the project grow!
