We can't still give you a precise release date, anyway the Spider God will be probably ready for this november.
About the DLC itself, the quest, in comparison with the Slaves' Fortress will be harder to complete.
Moreover, next to the main quest, there will be a side quest, which will take you to fight an enemy of the Cruach's cult.
