-Adjusted "Alp" growl (it was too loud even from afar)
-Fixed blinking mechanic (the rate was linked to the graphical setting; this was not intended)
-Adjusted "Alp" speed
-Removed penalty from exhaustion (this was making the game feel too clunky)
