Added a new category of tool cards, with the related interface unlocked when the shop reaches 20 positive reviews.

Fixes:
Fixed a bug where zooming via scroll wheel was not possible while the game was paused.
Fixed a bug where using the scroll wheel in other interfaces could cause abnormal zooming on the main gameplay field.
