Dear Players,
It has come to our attention that a recent update may have caused our Hoyle games to malfunction. While we're searching for the exact update that's at fault, we offer the following troubleshooting advice.
Go into your list of installed games on Steam. Find Hoyle Official Card Games in your game list. Left click the name of the game once. Then, right click and select "Delete local content"
Once the game is removed from your Steam client, please do the following:
Hold down the Windows key and press the letter R.
In the search box, type in %AppData% and press enter. Now find a folder named Webfoot. Double click on the Webfoot Folder and you will find a Hoyle Official Card Games folder.
Send the Hoyle Official Card Games folder to the Recycle Bin and restart your computer. Once you are logged back into Steam, redownload your game.
The game should function correctly. If it does not work for you, please let us know on our discussion forums.
Thank you.
