Hello everyone, I’m HaoHao Games.
My new game, Your Weight, is now officially available on Steam!
This is a light strategy life simulation game about weight loss. You need to spend your limited daily action points on exercise, diet, rest, and various spur-of-the-moment decisions, while managing weight, calories, hunger, stamina, and willpower.
Simply put, this is a game about:
wanting to lose weight;
trying to exercise;
trying to control your diet;
being attacked by hunger;
having your plans disrupted by random events;
failing today, but still being able to try again tomorrow;
as you keep going.
This is not a weight-loss power fantasy where your weight drops instantly
In Your Weight, losing weight is not just about clicking “Exercise” and watching the number go down.
Exercise can burn calories, but it also consumes stamina and willpower.
Eating less can create a calorie deficit, but it also makes hunger harder to control.
Rest can help you recover, but your action points for each day are always limited.
And life itself keeps getting in the way: stress, cravings, fatigue, bad habits, sudden bursts of motivation, and all kinds of failure excuses that sound very reasonable at the time.
You need to make choices under these constraints, accept the results, and then face the scale again the next day.
The current version includes
3 preset characters;
custom character creation;
4 exercise scenes;
40+ types of exercise;
500+ events related to weight loss, daily habits, and random situations;
100+ character traits;
diet, exercise, rest, hunger, and willpower management;
Steam achievements;
support for Simplified Chinese, English, and Japanese.
You can create someone who is trying to lose weight, or create a character who feels very much like yourself or one of your friends, and then see whether they can hold on between willpower, hunger, and the fridge.
Play the game and share your feedback
If you enjoy strategy simulations, life management, weight-loss themes, or if you simply recognize the state of mind behind “I really shouldn’t eat a midnight snack tonight,” then I hope you’ll give Your Weight a try.
Feedback after playing is also very welcome.
If you encounter any issues in the game, or if some events feel a little too much like your real life, feel free to let me know in the community.
Thank you to everyone who has followed, tried, and supported this game.
So, starting today—
let’s have a serious conversation with the scale, the fridge, hunger, and our own willpower.
