You can now view your internet history!
You can also bookmark websites which will show up in your internet history.
Also, clicking on a website in a table will bring up that website in a web browser automatically.
Clickable websites will have underlined blue text when hovered over (like below).

Ctrl+Enter now only works when the Search Tables window is focused
Hotkeys now relies on key output instead of key locations
This was an issue with non QWERTY keyboards where keys were bound to QWERTY keyboard locations instead of where actual key characters were
Fix issue where loading large tables would cause the game to freeze
