This update includes balance adjustments and fixes numerous text errors!

Item Adjustment:

Rocket Boots: Charge the damage item in the right 0.5s->1s

Laser Pointer: Redesigned: All items to the left +100% crit chance. Once per battle

Cat Ear Headphones: When shield, +4 burn and charge 0.5s->1s

Tactical Graphics Card: Redesigned: When burn, +8 burn, and the add bonus +1

Peach of Tenshi: Adjacent items +30%->20% crit chance

Wishstone: All items +20%->36% crit chance

Traffic Barrel: Burn equal to 8%->6% of your shield

ZUN Hat: Shield equal to 7%->9% of max HP

Cucumber: When the battle begins -> 2s after battle begins

Kaenbyou Kasha: When HP is less than 50%, all items charge 0.5s->1s

Super Capacitor: Item to the left charge 0.25s->0.5s

Fixed issues in certain text descriptions
