Dedicated Condos are here!
The long-awaited Dedicated Condos (Community Condos) are here! Now you can host your Condos as a dedicated server so other players can join at any time, even if you're not running the game!
Dedicated Condos lets creators host their own communities, host events or parties, and share their creations without the need of being there 24/7.
Dedicated Condos are supported on both Windows and Linux, and we've made it easy to set up your own Dedicated Condo and import your existing condo data easily.

You can host your Dedicated Condo on your own computer (once you've port forwarded a few ports) or rent a server with a gaming server host.
For Windows users, we made an easy-to-use launcher, so you don't need to dig around files to get started!
What makes Dedicated Condos unique?
Other than being able to run a Condo all the time, you can also build a community!
With per-player permissions, Dedicated Condos allows players to spawn items from their own inventory and contribute to the Dedicated Condo!
You can control who can contribute and keep track of server events through logs.
We hope with the new Dedicated Condos, players can create their own communities, build with friends, and explore new condos!
In future updates, we plan to keep expanding on Dedicated Condos by adding in customizable per-player per-Condo Currency and more ways to connect with other condos.
Improved Server Browser
We enhanced the server browser with a search bar and added a favoriting system for condos, so you can keep track of condos you love and more easily find them when they are online.
The server browser now shows the active Game Type and Mutators, and Workshop Maps now display much more clearly with their own thumbnail!

Improved server browser: Workshop Map, Game Type, and Mutators now show on each game server
Improved server browser: Friends servers no longer show the "friends only" icon if they are hosted publicly, but they are still sorted at the top of the list

Controller: Changed default bindings a bit. Voice Chat toggle is now bound to Left Bumper. Quick Zoom is now bound to Left Thumbstick Button
Condo Rental Store: You can now queue up a video while on the teleport pad, as long as the countdown timer is greater than 10 seconds
RC Car: Improved steering
RC Car: Improved engine sounds (now electric)
Condo: Workshop Soundpacks now cache from workshop, making browsing and selecting sounds much much faster as it no longer requires searching on Steam for every soundpack you have subscribed to. You can clear/reset the cache by clicking the refresh button
