Scholar Adventure returns with “Lost Night”

The new narrative point-and-click adventure unveils its first teaser and is set to launch on Steam, consoles, and mobile devices in 2027.

Independent studio Making Enemies, in partnership with DevilishGames, officially announces Scholar Adventure: Lost Night, the second installment in the Scholar Adventure narrative adventure series.

The announcement comes alongside the release of the game’s first teaser and the launch of its official Steam page, where players can now add the game to their wishlists. In Lost Night, players once again step into the shoes of William, a young writer who, guided by an ancient artifact, finds himself in the Ruins of Azig, an eternal desert where the sun has not set for a thousand years.

Through exploration and immersive puzzles, William will uncover the secrets of Azig and its Great Pyramid: an astral temple capable of altering the natural order of the world and keeping the region trapped in a cycle of perpetual light.

A symbolic adventure with touches of dark humor, Lost Night invites players on a mysterious and atmospheric journey where every shadow hides a secret and even the most frightening things happen in broad daylight.

A WORLD IN RUINS AND AN ANCIENT PROPHECY

For 1,000 years, the Sun Cult has ruled over Azig. Its leader, the Architect, built the Great Pyramid to keep the Kingdom in an eternal day. But so much time under the sun has devastated the city and its temples, burying the hope of its people in the sand, along with its greatest secret: the Night.

In this new game of Scholar Adventure, William will uncover the mysteries of these harsh lands, guided by the Abbot’s notes and an ancient prophecy.

During his journey through Azig, he will meet some very peculiar characters, such as Tarek, a young woman who longs to learn about the stars. Together, they will uncover the secrets behind the Great Pyramid, the Sun Cult, and the Astreos. Add it to your Steam wishlist now!
