Hi everyone, 😄
Thank you very much for all the feedback, reports, and suggestions you have continued to share with us. We are still reviewing everything you send while also improving existing systems to give players more control over how they manage their factory and gameplay experience.
This update focuses on three areas: graphics quality settings, Box pickup behavior from Box Packer Machines, and easier machine speed control through Machine Management.
With that in mind, here is what is included in this update.
Main Updates
1. Box Packer Machine Pickup Controls
Box Packer Machines now include additional options that allow players to control when employees should pick up Boxes.
By default, the behavior remains the same as before. If no setting is changed, employees will continue picking up Boxes when they are full.
For players who want more control, two optional settings are now available.
a. Pickup by Amount
Players can now set a pickup amount for Boxes in the Box Packer Machine.
With this setting, employees can pick up a Box once it reaches the selected amount, without needing to wait until the Box is completely full.
This is useful for players who want Boxes to move through their factory sooner, especially when managing smaller output targets or more flexible delivery preparation.
b. Pickup Incomplete Boxes After Closing or End Day
A new optional setting allows employees to pick up incomplete Boxes from the Box Packer Machine after the factory closes.
When enabled, employees can collect Boxes that are not full after the closing period, helping prevent unfinished Boxes from staying inside the Box Packer Machine overnight.
This option is disabled by default. When it is disabled, employees will continue following the regular pickup behavior.
The Box Packer Machine will also show information about its current pickup status, making it easier to understand whether it is waiting, counting down, or actively preparing Boxes for pickup.
2. Graphics Quality Presets
The Low, Medium, and High Graphics Quality presets now properly affect the game’s visual settings.
Previously, these preset options could appear similar in practice. They have now been updated so each option provides a clearer difference in visual quality.
High provides the sharpest visuals, with higher-quality shadows and reflections.
Medium provides a balanced visual setting.
Low reduces visual detail and disables real-time shadows to help reduce GPU load on lower-spec devices.
This setting is mainly intended to provide clearer visual options and reduce GPU load on weaker devices. It should not be treated as a guaranteed FPS boost, since the result may vary depending on each device, factory condition, and overall save progress.
Several related issues have also been adjusted:
Changing Graphics Quality no longer changes the player’s V-Sync setting.
Changing Graphics Quality no longer changes the player’s FPS Limit setting.
Low quality no longer makes the game appear too dark or bluish.
The selected quality setting is now applied properly when the game starts.
3. Machine Speed Dropdown in Machine Management
Machine speed can now be adjusted directly from each supported machine card in the Machine Management panel.
Players can choose between:
Slow
Medium
Fast
This provides a faster way to adjust machine speed without walking to each machine manually.
Fast processes faster, but wears the machine down more quickly. Slow reduces machine speed but can help preserve machine condition for longer, while Medium remains the default balanced option.
This setting is available for machines that support speed adjustment. It does not apply to the Management Machine itself.
Thank you again for your continued support, reports, and feedback. We are still reviewing everything you share and will continue prioritizing improvements based on feasibility and impact.
Some suggestions may require additional planning, testing, or technical preparation before they can be implemented, but not seeing an idea in the current update does not mean it has been ignored.
If you encounter any issues or unexpected behavior, please report them through the in-game Bug Report Menu and/or the Steam Discussions so we can investigate further.
See you in the next update! 🥗🚚
