The Mad Sad possesses overwhelming strength and incredible speed. If you try to run without a plan, chances are you’ll be caught almost instantly. Once you’re in her grasp, escaping becomes nearly impossible—making stealth and careful movement absolutely vital for survival.
She also has an acute sense of hearing, reacting even to the faintest sounds. Players must stay alert and move with extreme caution to avoid detection.
The abandoned hospital is filled with traps and obstacles set by the Game Master. Use them wisely to outsmart the madwoman and find your way to escape.
