Introduction
Greetings to all our players. We continue to actively prepare Project Genom for the open PTS and now it's time to share our progress over this week of development.

Software
Our team is testing the network part of the project and the results are optimistic. Each new week we have less serious bugs and this is good news.

We've almost finished saving customization settings and initial character settings in the database. Only few tests remain to be done.

Our team has completed work on creating AI for the first game boss. Players will be able to encounter it during one of the main quests.

We've begun creating advanced graphics and sound settings in the game.

World
This week we started creating a new biom. The Infected Hive dungeon and Mutant Farms are located there. You may remember the search sketch of this location as we published it in the Weekly Newsletter #12.

We're creating basic vegetation for the Infected lands.

We're adding final touches to the Arena dungeons. This location is being finalized in details and lighting.

We’ve completed creating game models for the character’s personal cabin customization.

Character
We've completed creating basic body marks. Our team has also created accoriding icons for the customization interface.

Opponents
We're creating all basic animations for every kind of Hound in the game.

Storyline
We've began writing dialogs for NPCs in the Scientific Camp.

Conclusion
The game world is growing and developing. We have reassuring results considering the updated network part, but the upcoming PTS should be the main stage on the way to the project network part’s completion. We look forward to the launch PTS on July 28, as it'll be the starting point for the further development of the Project.

And, once again, we want to remind everyone considering purchasing the game that it’s still in its alpha phase, and we don’t recommend buying it if you expect a full-fledged finished project. Purchasing the game now you support the development and have an opportunity to see its early stages. If you want to enjoy a full game experience with the maximum number of game mechanics and no critical errors, we advise you to wait until the game enters the beta testing phase or even later. The nearest PTS will also be the alpha version and won’t present the game in its final state
