One Way To Die - Version 3.5.1 Released - The End!

Oh yeah, version 3.5.1 is here. It adds a bunch of fixes, legacy support, an easier way to turn Choose Mode off and on, plus a few other things. Why even talk about that when we can just share the change log!

  • Added: in-game toggle for Choose Mode
  • Added: indicator for Choose Mode being active (was still obvious)
  • Added: legacy support for older versions (update the game, you savages!)
  • Changed: heartbeat system to use new authorization code process
  • Changed: reporting system to work with legacy code and new system
  • Changed: small things to tighten up the code base
  • Fixed: issue with CoaguCo API and recording of save information
  • Fixed: issue with X-Mas mode running longer than it should have
  • Fixed: weird issue where sounds played even if sound was off
  • Fixed: issue with 'helpers' not saving correctly

This is, outside of any bug fixes, the very last update for One Way To Die. We would like to thank everyone for their support, criticism, or any other response you have given us over the time this game has existed thus far. It has been interesting to say the least.

We have said we wouldn't update the game anymore before, but the holiday modes were too ridiculous to pass up. But this time, we mean it. No more updates. Seriously. We have our hands full working on our latest game, Raise Your Own Clone; which is currently out on Itch.io at http://coaguco.itch.io and Steam Greenlight right now. And getting our newest game, The Dope Game, out of alpha and into the public eye. If one were so inclined to check them out.

Again, thank you everyone and we hope to see you in near future!
