Fixed bugs:
- Slot modifier info not disappearing when getting hit by lust
- Getting stuck in tutorial when buying an item too big to fit
- Using wither on an item sometimes lost focus
- Using the reroll button when hovering a reward lost focus
- Tumor being able to duplicate signature items
- Fortune Cookie reward only giving an effect to max two items
- Improved shader compilation handling
- Now Ghastly cards can't be removed by tarot slots being reduced
- Made rewards that are impossible to claim not appear
- You can use the return button to exit out of the result screen
- Added a setting for turning off the games custom cursor
- Added a codex entry for Signature Items
- Added some indicators for how to return from menus on controller
