Gameplay tweaks

• OverEncumbering fix after crafting building object
• Hammer - moved into the category of TOOLS (in crafting)
• Disable A2-A jumping while in control of dead character
• Add "EXIT ANOMALY" button - for the immediate abandonment of anomalies
• Increrease chest % drop blueprints from 80% to 90%
