Currently, there are six heroes in Golden Rush. At first, a Barbarian, a Mage, and a Ranger are available, but you can also unlock a Paladin, an Assassin, and a Witch later on. The Barbarian is a true-born warrior and a fire-worshipper, ferocious in hand-to-hand combats. Enemies are also confronted face-to-face by another melee fighter - the Paladin, a warrior of the Light that can easily throw enemies around. The Mage wields the power of cold and attacks from a distance. The Witch relies on her magic as well, but her sorcery is darker and far more cunning. She can cast a spell on her rival or charm it making it follow only her. The Ranger showers enemies with golden arrows, and her golden traps are often the last surprise in the life of enemies. A bigger surprise for enemies can be only the Assassin who comes out of shadows unexpectedly, with a dagger in his hand. All six have their own reasons for coming to the Golden Lands.
