Added a countdown timer display for refresh times in the Recruit Panel, Library Inheritance Pavilion, Secret Tome Shop, and General Store. Additionally, a cap for refresh costs has been implemented; the cost will no longer increase once it reaches the limit.
Slightly increased the difficulty of the Abyssal Dragon King series BOSSes.
Adjusted the Hawkeye class trait: changed "Mark" to "Snipe."
Fixed an issue where attribute tooltips in the Hero Information panel would automatically close when viewed.
Fixed some display bugs.
