Bug fix:
-Replaced all pre-configured graphics .ini files with default bucket settings from DefaultSystemSettings.ini.
-This was a bug that was fixed in the past but somehow resurfaced as a result of recent patches.
-This bug caused instability on some machines when certain video settings were used along with dynamic lighting.
