Added slight visual touches to the fishing mini-game.
Added shipwright NPC art.
Moved hearts during socialization to be slightly more visible.
BUGFIXES
Random Encounters option from settings menu removed. It didn't actually do anything.
Blockade running should have the proper store interface now.
BALANCE
Random Combat Encounters have been slightly reduced in frequency.
