Here's another update for the beta branch:
- Bloodbath mode fixes,
- Boosts to selected god bonuses:
- Son of Zoria can wield ANY 2-handed weapon in 1 hand,
- Nightstalker can wield 2-handed swords in 1 hand,
- Morena's trinkets are made of advanced resources and can be of Good Quality,
- Perun's weapons get guaranteed Good Quality tag,
- None of the gods' given items can be Bad Quality,
- Difficulty settings should be stored safely now, and not lost with updates anymore,
We're also testing changes to how new expedition creation is handled. The previous New Expedition screen was confusing and not particularly comfortable to use, so we've decided to simplify the expedition creation process.
Expeditions are now being created on the Inventory screen. Clicking the green button at the bottom clears the right Inventory panel and assigns a name for the expedition. To add people, food and fuel you simply drag and drop them as previously. Supplies panels will warn you if there's anything specific missing. An expedition cannot be formed without villagers of course, but once you drag and drop at least one character and close the Inventory, your newly formed group will be standing outside the village (or another group it was previously a part of).
We're looking forward to hear what you think about this change, if the reception turns out to be negative, we can go back to how it was before pretty quick. But we do hope it will simplify the navigation a bit without sacrificing usability.
