0.421 Patch Notes

- fixed looting items when chatting
- medical pack is now fixed (cures bleeding, brokenlegs and gives high HP)
- you can now turn off AA in the game (it is off default - to enable go into options menu)
- you can now craft 7.62MM ammo in the ammo crafting tab
