Bug Fixes and Balancing to Life Steal and Cleansing Fire

Balancing

• Cleansing Fire Damage Output

  • At high investment, Cleansing Fire can currently outperform 99% of other spells.

  • Cleansing Fire (default and Cleansing Fire Of Weakening) can now gain up to 50 base Fire Damage. This does not mean the spell cannot be scaled further; it means no additional base damage is gained beyond 1000 player HP.

    • The spell can still be scaled further, for example by taking increased Fire Damage.

  • Cleansing Fire Of Power can now gain up to 75 base Fire Damage (no additional base damage is gained beyond 1000 player HP).

• Life Steal

  • Reduced the regeneration gained from Life Steal on Elite kills from 5 to 2.5.

  • Reduced the regeneration gained from Life Steal on normal kills from 0.25 to 0.125.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed new spell descriptions being displayed incorrectly in multiple languages.

• Fixed the Elite Monster count for Exterminate updating incorrectly.

• Fixed one of the two projectiles from Interlaced Shot dealing 12.5 damage instead of 15.
