Performance Optimizations + Engine Fixes.
Fixed: Being able to fire while sprinting as merc and tribal.
Fixed: Supply Drops spawning on top of each other.
DIsabled: Merc Loot Crate spawning because they have weapon issues and explots, once this is resolved they will be back.
Added: Warning message if users have a outdated Windows installation that may cause game functionality problems.
Fixed: Mod Loading code running with the editor and causing some performance stalls on bootup.
