Changed: Survival players can now only spawn as the juvie version of each dinosaur and have to progress. Removed the ability to spawn as anything that was previously in for testing purposes.
Changed: Debug Menu is now accessible by server admins and game developers on stable branch too.
Improved: Conditional checks for Character Movement States.
