I've now fixed the crashes reported and done some adjustments to the gems.

Tweaks:
- Reduced drop rates of gems
- Increased relative rarity of gems above Common quality
- Removing gems from sockets now destroyes them
- Changed wording on some gem effects
Fixes:
- Fixed crash on hovering over buttons in the Enchanting interface without having an item selected
- Fixed "Sludge" enchant dealing ridiculous damage
- Fixed difficulty setting resetting itself
- Fixed some skill description errors
