We'll be deploying Patch #24 now which contains mainly more Stuff(TM), tuning and changes of mechanisms based on feedback, improvements to systems, balancing and of course bugfixes. You will notice new things as well such as the advance graphics menu and other things we've been finalizing. As you can see, I apply my Commissar tactics - or "terminal direction" - and will continue to do so.
Polish, balancing, performance, fixes and more Stuff(TM) ranging from Wargear to visual customization is the order of the coming weeks, while the rest continues work on the upcoming free expansions. We're also starting more regional servers and tuning distribution so you might end up with a server in your face before you know it.
On the subject of Stuff(TM), we have decided that the pre-order bundle itself on Steam will continue for a month from launch. Our marketing and pre-order campaign after moving Consoles back didn't start and some simply don't know about us. So we want to be nice.
This is also for those that have had doubts, those on the fence, those that want to bring friends and we just wanted to be nice. I think it's ok to be nice now and then.
Tomorrow Thursday the 22nd we will take down the servers at 3PM EST , wipe everything, give you your RTC back and such, except the things which you're of course supposed to have as a Founder and other packs you might have bought.
Since we want to continue to be nice, we will bring up the servers as soon as we can so all y'all that have the game get a couple of hours head start while we do heavy monitoring and make sure all the things are working. Note, if something disastrous happens on this Thursday, you may be subject to all sorts of things while we monitor and test. This progress will not be wiped. Consider it a small head start from us to you till Friday launch.
The official "launch" happens on Friday in our special 2 hour Twitch, followed by us hosting on our channel a great lineup of streamers all day, along with a small surprise Stream session of familiar faces.

Those of you that feel it's too early, fret not. You can always come back later, with all the free expansions already in there and start shooting those heretics again. We totally understand that things might have changed in the years since the game was announced and we feel it as well.
But we also appreciate all the support of everyone and even though Friday might not be the vivid dream of Slaneesh or other deities, you can rest assured we'll continue striving towards those dreams. Because without your support throughout time, there would be no chance of anything even close to materializing.

Ps. Thank you for all the kind feedback in reviews, the Steam changes affected severely and whether positive or not, we want that feedback. We're only a 2-3% from being blue and apparently nobody buys a game that isn't blue.
