NOTE_1: The dither filters are designed to be simple black and white dithering
: but with a TWIST . Instead of making the pixels BLACK or WHITE we make
: the pixels APPEAR black or white by adding or subtracting[ 2.0 ] .
: Because the visible spectrum is[ -1 ]to[ +1 ], subtracting[ 2.0 ]
: will cause a normalized pixel to APPEAR black . And adding[ 2.0 ]
: will cause a normalized pixel to APPEAR white . This is kinda cool
: because then if you BLURR the dithered black and white image ,
: sometimes smears of color appear out of nowhere .
