We thought it'd be tough to top our amazing first day at PAX South.
We were wrong.
It's not every day a strange little indie game like Knee Deep gets a visit from BioWare's Mike Laidlaw - creative director for Dragon Age. We were honored he devoted some of his time in San Antonio to ask questions about the inspiration for Knee Deep's theatrical approach. But we were happily astonished when he mentioned Knee Deep to his Twitter followers.
The folks at Prologue Games are long-time fans of the work Laidlaw and his compatriots have done on Dragon Age and Mass Effect - so it really means a lot to have his encouragement!
We also met more wonderful streamers from Twitch and YouTube - we can't wait for them to share Knee Deep and collaborate with their fans on how the swamp noir adventure plays out!
By the end of the day, we were happily exhausted, full of sushi and gyoza, and ready for the final push through Day 3. Planning to attend? We'll look for you there! Just beware the T-Rex.
