1) Chapter 5 Second Half
I wonder if everyone has cleared Chapter 5. The design of Chapter 5 is very different from Chapters 1–4.
After Chapter 4, players have been playing the same mode repeatedly and have likely gone through countless rounds of Apocalypse Defense.
If the same mode were used again, the gameplay would become repetitive.
Players have also obtained various new characters, weapons, and upgrades, so their combat power is no longer the same as before.
Therefore, the stage difficulty has been greatly increased, and the pace is faster.
In return, players can now deploy four characters at once, becoming stronger to take on higher difficulty stages.
At the same time, a large amount of resources will be given at the start, allowing players to build their ideal formation or test the power of different setups.
I’m not sure how everyone feels, but I hope you enjoy the design of Chapter 5.
2) New Submachine Gun, New Shotgun, and New Bow – keeping all weapons at a balanced power level
If you’ve reached the latest chapter, you may have noticed that some weapons feel weaker now.
This causes certain characters to have fewer chances to appear in Chapter 5.
(For example, when I tested Chapter 5 using Submachine Gun II, I also felt the difficulty was too high because the weapon’s maximum output wasn’t enough!)
Therefore, weapons in Chapter 5 are designed to maintain a stable level of power between levels 1–3.
At level 4, their power will increase significantly, but the resource requirement will also be higher than before.
The goal is to ensure that every weapon can clear Chapter 5 after reaching its final upgrade.

3) Steam Achievements
Currently under design, and not planned to be released in November.
Adding one achievement is easy, but including achievements with every update would require more testing time.
Therefore, achievements for each new chapter will not be released at the same time as new content.
First, there will be achievements for clearing stages with 3 stars, and for restricted clears, etc.
Next, we are also considering whether clearing specific stages with certain character combinations could trigger special achievements,
as this would be an interesting challenge for players who enjoy collecting achievements.
