Patch 1.3.0

With this new patch, a few improvements to name generation have been made: in Grand Strategy mode, certain civilizations can now generate names for hills and mountains for provinces of their culture. For example, a mountain in a Germanic province may be called "Snaigvaberga" (Snaigva = Snow, Berga = Mountain/Hill).

Furthermore, to reflect the fact that historically sometimes provinces were named after a major city within them, provinces now have a chance to be named after their settlement. As sometimes towns are named after nearby hills or mountains, settlements now have a chance to be named after a nearby terrain feature, too.

And a Linux start issue has also been fixed :)
