To participate in this tournament, you don't need to do anything complicated: just start the game, go to the Multiplayer Lobby, and click on the button that says "Tournament Session". Current player standing is available via Tournament Ladder.

TOURNAMENT RULES:
Both Amsterdam and Singapore feature the same rules, except for number of "lives" in the tournament (ːhypnoheartː). See below –

Tournament "lives":

* Home Rules:
(1) All "Set-up" and "Second-hand" cards are removed from the deck.
(2) Each round, every player is presented with 3 cards and chooses the 1 card that they will receive after the current move. The other two cards go into the discard pile.
TOURNAMENT LIVES:
Each player has several lives ( ːhypnoheartː ) in this tournament. With every session lost, you lose one ːhypnoheartː. You will earn both main and additional tournament points for winning sessions as long as you have at least one ːhypnoheartː.
If you have no more ːhypnoheartː, you can still continue to play (to kick out other competing players), but you will not receive any more main tournament points for your own victories – however, you will continue to accumulate additional tournament points whenever the players whom you previously conquered (before or after losing your lives), score any further victories.
TOURNAMENT POINTS:
During this tournament, regular rating points are frozen for all players. Your tournament sessions do not affect your regular rating.
For each victory, players receive points that depend on the strength of the opponents over whom they have won (while no tournament points are granted for losses). Important: your tournament points will continue to increase with the increase in the tournament score of your past opponents, over whom you prevailed. What this means is that the tournament is never over for you as long as your previously conquered opponents continue to play, and win.
TOURNAMENT CHESTS:
During all tournament sessions, instead of regular and seasonal chests, only the special limited tournament chests will drop. As always, the chests are free and do not require any other items/keys to unlock and use/trade.

Prize fund legend:

In the case when at the end of the tournament two or more players will have equal number of tournament points, they will share the same (highest) place and get the same rewards. However, the award list will not be extended, and we will still award only the top 20 players on each server.
ADDITIONAL PRIZES:
In addition to the awards listed above, more prizes will be distributed on each server in a random fashion (1 prize per 1 participant) to players who have finished at least 7 tournament sessions:
10 copies (5 on each server) of Niffelheim

Q. Where do Tournament Chests drop?
A. Only in tournament sessions, which are available via Multiplaeyr Lobby.
Q. If I have lost all my 4 lives, will tournament chest continue to drop?
A. Yes, as long as you will keep playing tournament sessions.
Q. Are the tournament items limited to this tournament only, or to tournaments in general?
A. The tournament items are available via tournament chests, which drop during every official tournament in the game.
