Build 9956: New Launcher, Bugfixes and more

Build 9956 has just been activated on Steam.

New Stuff:
- Launcher has been updated to current technology

Fixes:
- Critical Crash Bug including player Engine Sounds Fixed
- You actually lose your inventory now when you die.
