Thank you guys for the forum topics, I just noticed the entire Linux Instance the Server has been Running on... died.
I have done some stuff and restarted it and it should work again now. For anyone wondering Why I haven't been online neither in Steam nor in the game, I'm currently developing on a local server to not stress you with updates per minute.
