Dolores, Mary Jane, Ted and of course little Timmy, thought one hungry mutant visitor was enough to make their week interesting. He departed happy with a soup can they offered him in good faith and it seemed like the excitement was over. Little did they know, that this was only the beginning of yet another atomic adventure that could get them killed or at the very least seriously irradiated.
It started with an odd noise, breaking through the fan hum routine that has been driving them insane for a number of days. Paradoxically, the collapse of that very routine was what put them over the edge.
Momentarily, all of them were pressing their ears against the wall, trying to comprehend where was the sound coming from and what was it exactly. And WHY was it getting louder and louder!
