Regarding the currently available [Transcendence] difficulty Boss Challenges for Monspeet and Guila, we have identified an unintended bug with the ‘Restart’ feature that was introduced to make repeated attempts smoother.
We sincerely apologize to all Star Guardians who have dedicated significant time and effort to competing in the rankings for not being able to provide a fair and stable environment.
As we have determined that fair competition can no longer be ensured for the two ongoing [Transcendence] difficulty Boss Challenge rankings, we will be closing the corresponding Leaderboards along with a patch to address the related issues.
Unfortunately, rewards based on ranking placement will not be distributed. Instead, some of the ranking rewards will be provided as apology compensation to all Star Guardians who clear either of the two [Transcendence] difficulty Boss Challenges.
We once again sincerely apologize to all Star Guardians who were looking forward to the Boss Challenge [Transcendence] difficulty Time Attack introduced with Version 2.0 for not being able to deliver the experience you had hoped for.
[Transcendence] difficulty Time Attacks will continue to be available going forward. However, until system improvements addressing this issue have been completed, there will be no Titles or differences in rewards based on ranking placement, and all participants will receive the same rewards.
We will work to address this issue as soon as possible and provide a stable and fair competitive environment.
This server patch will address this issue along with additional issues and will be carried out without maintenance. However, you may be temporarily disconnected from the game to ensure the patch is applied properly.

- Compensation will be distributed to all Star Guardians who clear either Boss Challenge ‘Beast of Destruction, Indura Monspeet’ or Event Boss Challenge ‘Her Return’ on [Transcendence] difficulty in solo play before the September 16 (Wed)17 (Thu) maintenance.
* The apology compensation will be distributed via the in-game mailbox during the September 16 (Wed)17 (Thu) maintenance and can be claimed until October 8 (Thu) 14:59 (UTC).

✦ Patch Details
- Fixed an issue where, under certain conditions, tagging a hero while waiting to retry after clearing a Boss Challenge in party play would cause the next attempt to begin at the tagged location instead of the starting point
- Fixed an issue where a clear record would be registered on the Leaderboard for all party members if a player joined an ongoing Boss Challenge by accepting a party invitation
* Along with this fix, the Leaderboards for [Transcendence] ‘Beast of Destruction, Indura Monspeet’ and Event Boss Challenge [Transcendence] ‘Her Return’ will be closed.
- Fixed an issue where, under certain conditions, claiming a Reward Cube after defeating a Field Boss would play the reward animation without granting the rewards
- Fixed an issue where, under certain conditions, defeating a Field Boss with World Level 4 selected would grant World Level 1 rewards
