November Update Patch Notes

Event 

Event Starts >Fuse Insignia Special Week Event (after 11/11 maintenance - before 12/16 maintenance) 

• You can now obtain Expired "Fuse Insignia Voucher Fragment" as an additional reward for completing each dungeon's Daily Quest. 

• You can refine 10 Fuse Insignia Voucher Fragments to obtain a Fuse Insignia Voucher. 

• When fusing an Insignia, you can now consume a Fuse Insignia Voucher instead of gold. 

Events Starts > Rich Raccoon Dungeon Mayhem (after 11/11 maintenance - before 12/16 maintenance) 

• When you defeat the final boss of Sogun's Lament: Interior, Sundered Nexus: Upper Floor, or Sundered Nexus: Lower Floor, there is now a chance for Rich Raccoon or Mighty Rich Raccoon to appear. 

• Defeating Rich Raccoon or Mighty Rich Raccoon consumes 1 Hongmoon's Blessing. 

• Defeating Rich Raccoon or Mighty Rich Raccoon grants rewards. 

Battle Pass > NEO Battle Pass  (after 11/11 maintenance to before 12/16 maintenance) 

• The new Battle Pass 'NEO Battle Pass' has begun. 

• Complete missions within the Battle Pass to earn rewards. 

• Purchasing Battle Pass Plus unlocks the 'Battle Pass Plus Rewards'. 

• Earn points by completing missions or using 'Battle Potion'. 

Events Starts > Gold Raccoon Dungeon Mayhem (after 11/11 maintenance - before 12/16 maintenance) 

• When you defeat the final boss of Sogun's Lament: Interior, Sundered Nexus: Upper Floor, or Sundered Nexus: Lower Floor, there is now a chance for Rich Raccoon or Mighty Rich Raccoon to appear. 

• When you defeat Rich Raccoon or Mighty Rich Raccoon and claim the reward, 1 Hongmoon's Blessing is consumed. 

Events Starts > NEO Attendance Book  (after 11/11 maintenance and before 12/16 maintenance) 

• You can participate by clicking the Attendance Book under Game Menu - Event.  

• The rewards you have obtained can be claimed from the Received Items in the Game Menu .  

• The NEO Attendance Board is available only on the NA/EU servers, and rewards claimed from the NEO Attendance Board can only be received on the NA/EU servers. 

• The Attendance Book can be participated in once per day per account, progressing one day at a time. Upon receiving the reward for the 28th day, the Attendance Log is considered complete.  

• The daily Attendance Book resets at 6:00 AM.  

* When opening Silverfrost Mountains Portrait Chest #1, there is a fixed chance to obtain one of the Superior or Refined Portrait, including King Gizumo, Tricolor Giganura, Divine Deer, Steel Giant, Greater Grindtooth, and Ebon Deva Gwihan. 

Rewards Detail 

Event Starts > Brother Hajoon's Tome (after 11/11 maintenance and before 11/25 maintenance) 

• Added 4 new Event Transmutations. 

• Transmutations will last until before the maintenance of 12/16 

Events Starts > Leader's Bounty (after 11/11 maintenance - before 12/16 maintenance) 

• During the event period, defeating field bosses that appear in the Moonwater and the Silverfrost Mountains will reward Moonwater Plains Leader's energy and Silverfrost Mountains Leader of the Pack's energy. 

• Added event items to the quest rewards for "The Announcement of Kaishin" and "Kaishin's Ambition." 

• Quest “The Announcement of Kaishin” can be found in Lycandi Foothills. 

• You can exchange them for various items from the merchant NPC Starcaster, located in Greenhollow and at the Merchants’ Guild. 

Event Ends > Raging Yeti Shadow Form Boss Summon 

• Skypetal Plains > Rural Outfitters: "Raging Yeti Shadow Form" is not available. 

• The existing Raging Yeti Treasure Chest has been marked as expired and can no longer be used. 

Event Ends >  Rewards UP! World Boss Time Event  

• The World Boss Time Bonus Chest no longer drops when defeating World Bosses. 

• The World Boss Time Bonus Chest and World Boss Time Lucky Chest have been marked as expired and can no longer be used.

Items > Soul Badge 

• Virtuous Soul Badge > Force Master > Increased the amount of additional damage dealt by Blazing Beam. 

• Sacred Soul Badge > Force Master > Increased the amount of additional damage dealt by Blazing Beam.. 

Item > Soulstone 

• Added the Legendary rank to "Mushin's Soul Core." 

• Mushin’s Soul Core provides stat bonuses and class-specific Skill Point effects. 

• Added Transmutation for Legendary Soul Core Crystal and Mushin's Soul Core. 

Item > Enchantment Effect 

• Increased the values of “Increases damage dealt to Affinity targets” and “Increases damage dealt to Class targets” on certain accessories and enchantment tiers. 

Items > Portrait 

• Added new Portraits: The True Ruler, Obsidian Serpent Queen, Bladescale Naga King, Sulchu, Gatekeeper of the Altar. 

• Added six new Portrait Bonds. 

Battle/Skills  

Class > Force Master 

• Dragonchar (legendary) >  adjusted the Focus cost to 2. 

• Ice Rain > Added a Skill Enhancement effect. 

• Blazing Beam > Added a Skill Enhancement effect. 

• Dragonchar > Added a Skill Enhancement effect. 

• Short Fuse (Refined, Superior, Heroic) > Fixed an issue where damage did not increase based on Skill Enhancement Points. 

Class > Blade Master 

• Blade Strike (Refined, Superior, Heroic) > Fixed an issue where damage did not increase based on Skill Enhancement Points. 

Class > Assassin 

• Sacred Mystic Badge > Fixed an issue where, after using Poison Breath, Focus recovery would not trigger when Lightning Pierce hit. 

• Poison Breath: Critical Rate Bonus (Common Poison Wind) > Skill Enhancement Stage 1 / Stage 3 > Fixed an issue where the buff icon tooltip for Critical Hit Damage Increase was displayed incorrectly compared to the actual effect. 

Class > Summoner 

• Rumblebees (Basic, Intermediate, Refined, Superior, Heroic) > Increased damage. 

• Sunflower (Superior, Heroic, Legendary) > Increased damage. 

• Super Sunflower (Superior, Heroic, Legendary) > Increased damage and increased additional damage dealt to targets with 5 stacks of Photosynthesis 

• Hornet Nest (Refined/Superior/Heroic/Legendary) > Increased damage and increased on-hit damage while Acquiring Honey. 

• Daybreak (Superior/Heroic) > Removed the Focus cost. 

• Solidarity (Refined/Superior) > Removed the Focus cost. 

• Drain (Superior/Heroic) > Removed the previous Focus cost and Focus recovery values, and changed the effect to restore 2 Focus. 

• Added Skill Enhancements. 

• Cheer Up! (Heroic, Legendary) > Fixed an issue where the Skill Enhancement Points 48 effect, "Grants Drain to the summoned creature for 30 sec," was not being applied. 

Class > Warlock 

• Fixed an issue where the skill Displace was not applying damage or status effects. 

Class > Blade Dancer 

• Added a buff icon display when the 30-point Skill Enhancement effect for Wind Sever activates. 

Class > Destroyer 

• Added a new skill, Doom (Heroic/Legendary). 

• Emberstomp: Focus Recovery (Heroic) > Added the effect "Grants +1 additional use of Mighty Cleave." 

• Emberstomp: Focus Recovery (Heroic) > Added Doom to the list of skills affected by “+10% skill damage within the area.” 

• Sacred Soul Badge > Added Doom to the list of skills affected by Skill Enhancement. 

• Sacred Soul Badge > Added Deals additional damage equal to 460% of Attack Power on Doom effect. 

• Updated the tooltip for the Fury buff gained when Cleave hits while Sacred Soul Badge is equipped. 

• Mighty Cleaver > Fixed an issue where, at Skill Enhancement 48 points, Fury would incorrectly stack to 20 when a critical hit did not occur. 

Class> Kung Fu Master 

• Volcanic Burst (Superior/Heroic) > Fixed an issue where damage was not being applied to Fixed/Boss monsters. 

• Volcanic (Refined, Superior, Heroic) > Fixed an issue where the trigger order of the DoT and the Pull effect was reversed. 

Dungeons 

Silverfrost Mountains > Chuanka Frost Cavern 

• Adjusted the instant-kill mechanic that triggers when encountering King Gizumo so that it now also occurs at the outer edge of the combat area. 

• Improved the visibility of the instant-kill mechanic that triggers when encountering King Gizumo. 

• When combat begins against King Gizumo, a Orb of Shadows will now spawn at the entrance. 

• Fixed an issue where, in certain situations, the Orb of Shadows would remain at the entrance after defeating King Gizumo. 

• Fixed an issue where certain NPCs were set to a low level. 

New Legendary Dungeon 'Queen's Altar'​ 

Silverfrost Mountains > Queen's Altar 

• Added the new Legendary dungeon "Queen’s Altar" to Frostscale Basin. 

• Added new items, achievements, quests, and Exploration Journal entries. 

Silverfrost Mountains > Heroic/Legendary Dungeon 

• Added Soul Core's Essence to the boss reward drops in the following Heroic dungeons: Sogun's Lament: Gardens, Sogun's Lament: Interior, Sundered Nexus: Upper Floor, Sundered Nexus: Lower Floor) 

• Added Soul Core's Essence to the boss reward drops in the following Legendary dungeons: Frenzy Avalanche Den, Queen's Altar

Silverfrost Mountains > Sogun's Lament 

• Increased the EXP gained from defeating the boss NPCs in Garden and Interior. 

• Increased the EXP gained from defeating the boss Daily Quest in Garden and Interior. 

Regions 

Region > Silverfrost Mountains > Abandoned Beastbog 

• Adjusted the attack range of Corrupted Defense Soldiers and Corrupted Striker to match their visuals. 

Region > Silverfrost Mountains > Field Events 

• The quest “Beating the Cold” now appears as “Quest Unavailable”.  

• Removed Dark Balrok related objectives from the quests “Kaishin's Ambition” and “Protector of the Realm.” 

Zone > Ancient Lunar Meadow 

• Added a new area effect in Ancient Lunar meadow.

Regions > Field Events 

• Suspicious Rituals > During combat with Thrall of Bane, it will no longer despawn after a set amount of time.  

Zaiwei > Merchants' Guild 

• Added a reward that allows you to use Soul Core's Essence to spin the Legendary Dungeon Wheel of Fate located at the Merchants’ Guild. 

Region > Ancient Lunar Meadow 

• Increased the level of certain NPCs.  

• Adjusted the EXP and rewards for NPCs whose level was changed.

Region > Suspicious Rituals 

• When the Suspicious Ritual event occurs, it will now spawn across 3 channels. 

• Changed the name of the existing Thrall of Bane Treasure to Expired Thrall of Bane Treasure. 

• Adjusted the purchase limits for certain items that can be exchanged for Strange Crystal from the Nameless Agent NPC. 

Region > Abandoned Beastbog 

• Fixed an issue where, in some cases, Blazing Demon would disappear and not respawn. 

Silverfrost Mountains > Shiverstone Range 

• Added Suljung, the Wandering Writer, outside the Queen’s Alter dungeon. 

Region > Suspicious Rituals 

• Fixed an issue where defeating Thrall of Bane would incorrectly reward Expired Thrall of Bane Treasure. 

Ranking 

Ranking > Season 

• When no ranking season is active, the Ranking menu is now disabled.

Quest > Daily Missions 

• Added the Hero of Exploration quest for Queen’s Altar to the Daily Challenge. 

Quests > Weekly Quests 

• The completion requirement for the quest "A Masterful Task" has been changed to defeating the boss in either Frenzy Avalanche Den or Queen’s Altar. 

• Changed the reward for the quest "A Masterful Task" to Silverfrost Legendary Dungeon Psyche Selection Chest. 

Quests > Weekly Missions 

• Lowered the boss kill requirements for the following quests: "Reaching New Heights," "A Masterful Task," "Favor and Fortune," "Know Thine Enemy," and "Protector of the Realm."

• Added a feature that allows you to preview outfit appearances through the “Preview” menu on Outfit Chest items. 

System > Exploration Journal 

• Story > Now displays Quest Info. 

System > Detailed probability information 

• Adjusted item names and quantities in the detailed probability info so they now display correctly within the allocated area. 

System > Escape 

• Changed the Escape cooldown to 10 minutes.​ 

System > Party Finder 

• Added “All Classes” to the category list. 

• Clicking “All Classes” recruitment listings for all regions will be displayed.
