In the past several months, Blade & Soul NEO and many other games experienced a series of DDoS attacks that caused significant disruption to gameplay. These attacks primarily affected our EU servers, though NA players also experienced a disrupted experience as a result of the shared infrastructure and impact on resources.
Throughout this period, we issued multiple rounds of compensation primarily to the EU region and promised one final package once service stability was fully confirmed. After several months of monitoring and a thorough approval process, that final compensation is now ready to be delivered. We want to sincerely thank all players, especially those who continued to support and play through the instability.
