Cue Club 2 Update

Hi everyone. There's another new update today, which includes the fine-tuning of the aiming lines, following some useful feedback we've had. You can still turn these on or off, although the length of the lines is now set for each view (2D and 3D), and they've been made a little shorter, in an attempt to correctly balance the level of difficulty.

There are some other improvements and fixes too.

  • Aiming lines fine-tuned for 2D and 3D modes
  • Fullscreen and FullScreen (Windowed) mode has been added (Options->Display Settings->DirectX). Fullscreen Windowed mode (default setting) will allow you to ALT+TAB in and out of the game. Pure Fullscreen does not support ALT+TAB, but is faster, and offers further compatibility options with different video card configurations and displays.
  • Improved renderings of pool and snooker pockets in overhead view
  • Improved rendering of balls in overhead view
  • Audio menus give more control over volume settings
  • The size of the in-game control panel has been slightly reduced
  • Table shadows have been further refined
  • A bug which caused the game to stall on occasions after pausing has been fixed
  • A bug which increased the score after a replay has been fixed
  • Other minor fixes and enhancements
  • [Edit: A bug that allowed the power to be changed by mouse wheel during replays and the AI opponent's turn, has been fixed since the last update]
