Patch notes for Interstellar Rift BETA 0.2.10.11

LOGGING

• more logging during rifting
• log player death reasons
• clean up some unnecessary logging
• improve logging of players, ships and systems
• add logging on teleporting and system moving

BUG FIXES

• fix players with invalid positions on teleport and login
• fixed the system generate thread crashing under certain circumstances

NOTES

• servers only need to be updated if they want to take advantage of the new logging
