BUGFIXES
- drones now despawn when they can't buy the resources they need to operate
- fixed bug where too many combat drones would be spawned
- combat drones now occasionally check if there are too many of them and remove themselves if necessary
- added better logging on system update lag spikes
NOTES
- Servers will have to updated and restarted in order for other people to join. No rebuilds required.
