RTK XIII Fame and Strategy Expansion Pack Bundle Update information (09/26/2019)

Issues fixed:

• Fixed a number of critical issues that occurred in certain environments.
• Fixed the issue of city provisions not increasing when military provisions were decreased during the army re-adjustments.
• Fixed an issue that occurred during the initial display on the prestige screen.
• Fixed the issue where a unit that had Split could receive 250 days worth of provisions by mistake when resupplying in a city.

• Added Simplified Chinese support.
