Hello everyone,
I wanted to share a quick development update and show some of the progress that has been made on Sneak A Snap.
I have been working on further refining the Lure and Repel mechanics, including how players unlock and activate these abilities during gameplay.
One of the new additions is the Crazy Bird Man at the park. Players will be able to purchase bird seeds from him, which can then be used as part of the distraction and lure systems.

I have also implemented and polished a new item wheel, making it quick and intuitive to switch between tools. The wheel is fully gamepad-friendly and should feel familiar to players of many modern games.

Another feature that is now complete is the fountain water splash system, which will play a key role in the first mission of the game and create new photo opportunities for the player.

To expand the variety of distractions available, I have improved the animation used when girls pick up money from the ground, making the interaction look much more natural and creating another sneaky way to set up the perfect photo opportunity.

I have also implemented the way players obtain the Dollar Bill Distraction, which serves as one of the earliest tools available for manipulating NPC behavior.

And that's not all. A large portion of my time has also been spent working on systems behind the scenes that are not as visible as new content, but are just as important.
I have been building and refining the core mechanics, AI behaviors, tools, and mission logic that will serve as the foundation of the game. While these changes may not be immediately noticeable, they are making the project much more scalable and will allow me to create future missions, events, and gameplay opportunities far more efficiently.
More updates coming soon.
Be sure to wishlist and follow the game so you don’t miss upcoming updates.
