In the Pipeline - July 9th

Hi all,

Welcome to the fourth post of our ‘In the Pipeline’ series.

In the Pipeline will contain all the items that are literally and figuratively in the pipeline. This will (but does not have to) include crashes to fix, bugs to splat, player suggestions to incorporate and improvements to make that we feel are necessary for the next update.

Update #4 will be a quicker, slightly smaller, update and it’s esthetical in its nature. You could call it a polish update.

Last week we had two new backgrounds for you. This time, we have the other two as well: desert and snow. That concludes the creation of pretty background for the all the areas. Although we might improve on them later.

We also added a couple of new tunes to the game. The Start screen now has some music, and there is a new different tune for levels played in Area 2 as well. We now also have a separate piece of music for the last month in every level. This slightly more upbeat tune will give you a sense of urgency, hopefully, so you can get that last bit of oil and move it quickly.

Without further ado, but not before telling you we are aiming to have the update live on Friday, here it is.
