Overview: We released an urgent hotfix to resolve a regression introduced in the previous update that, under certain conditions, stopped the tutorial or story sequences from starting. This could block progression for affected players.
What was fixed: The condition that prevented sequence triggers from firing (affecting both tutorial flow and story cutscenes/chapters) has been identified and corrected. Game flow and start triggers have been stabilized.
Impact for players: Some players experienced the tutorial not beginning or story segments failing to launch, which could make the game appear stuck or prevent progress. Those issues should be resolved in this update.
What you should do: Update the game through Steam (restart the client if needed). If you previously encountered a blocked tutorial or missing story sequence, relaunch the game and try to progress. If the problem remains, please report it on the Community Hub or submit a support ticket with steps to reproduce and any relevant save files.
Thanks & contact: Thank you to everyone who reported this — your reports were crucial to finding the regression. Continue reporting any remaining issues in the forums or via support so we can follow up.
