Patch 1.16 - Engine Upgrade, Fixes and Improvements

We just released our 1.16 patch for The Mean Greens. This patch features a lot of improvements and bug fixes!

First and foremost we have upgraded our version of the Unreal Engine to 4.14. This brings with it a vast array of bug fixes and performance improvements.

This patch also fixes all of the known issues that players have been experiencing, such as chat issues and scoreboard problems! The patch also fixes the issues we have been having with achievements not working properly, which I'm sure a lot of people will be very happy to hear.

Below is a list of the changes/fixes that made it into this patch.

Changes:

- Upgraded engine to version 4.14
- Completely revamped animation system
- New SFX and improved SFX triggers
- Lowered lobby timers saving 20 seconds between games, for a faster experience
- Improved Mac performance
- Added support for OSX Sierra

Bug Fixes:

- Fixed achievements! Tested and confirmed all of them are working proper
- Added option to Sound Options menu to disable VOIP in game allowing Steam to take over mic
- Fixed scoreboard issue when players would join mid match
- Fixed potential issue that could cause lobby countdown to stick at 1
- Fixed autoscroll on chat boxes!
- Fixed respawn taking away control from the chat
- Default key for chat somehow got reset to C, it is now fixed and back to ENTER by default.
- Fixed issue where some OK buttons could not be clicked but pressing ENTER would work, clicking now triggers the button
- Added blocking volume behind bar doors in Barnyard Ball to prevent rare case where ball could get stuck behind them.
- Fixed issue on Kitchen Run where players could fall into the countertop by the oven.
