Hello, This is SavePoint.
We wanted to write a fun announcement, but it didn’t quite work out. We thought about making a quiz, but with AI, all the answers would be too easy to find. We also considered puns, but couldn’t come up with jokes that would work in multiple languages, so we gave up. Instead, we’d like to share some behind-the-scenes stories from our development. We’ll go in reverse order, starting with the most recent events and working back to when we first started making games. Hopefully, by the time we talk about our very first game development experience, our current project will be finished and released!

[Game Development Story on June 23rd]
Just yesterday, on June 23rd, we received the acceptance notice for the Smilegate Membership. Smilegate is the company behind the FPS game “Crossfire,” which was especially popular in China. They have a foundation that supports indie game developers, selecting teams each year to provide support. We heard that about 160 teams applied this time, and our team was selected!
We’ve applied to support programs like this before, but always fell short due to the completeness of our game. Could this successful application be the signal for even better things to come?

Two Weeks of Work
Over the past two weeks, we’ve focused on supplementing areas that weren’t included in our previous build. The build we had was only about a quarter of what we originally intended, so we’re now adding features that were left out. These additions include implementing the effects of furniture that help the developer character during the programming phase. With these effects and the ability to adjust the size of the office, the game will become even more exciting. Please look forward to our future development updates!
Summer is just around the corner here in Korea.
Take care of your health, and we wish you wonderful days ahead.
From,
SavePoint
