FIXES
Menu:
- fixed some cosmetic issues in the start-game and online menu
- fixed some issues in the controls menu
- after inviting a friend via steam, the invite-friend button is no longer highlighted forever. Instead "Start Online Multiplayer" is highlighted
- you now get a message that you need an additional controller do play local co-op
- invite a friend via steam should now be more stable
- you can no longer interrupt an online multiplayer session by joining with an additional local input device
